Jurassic World Scores A Phenomenal Composer

I’ve been rewatching Lost lately and while the wheels of that show came off and burst into the flames in it’s later seasons one thing remains consistent, Michael Giachinno’s breathtaking score.

Today reports are coming out that Universal have signed Giachinno to score the fourth installment of their “Seriously… Stop Making Frickin’ Dinosaurs!” franchise.

Much like John Williams before him, Giachinno is a composer whose work elevates and enriches the projects he works on. From Up and Ratatouille, to Star Trek and Super 8, his work is either the best thing about a film or it  compliments it beautifully.

If there is anyone up to the task of following in Williams’ footsteps it’s him.
